The Celts, an ancient cluster of tribes, were characterized by fascinating culture and heritage, some of which have been preserved to this day in Ireland and Scotland. Across Europe, the Celts have been credited with many artistic innovations, including intricate stone carving and fine metalworking and from which I drew inspiration for this project. I named the collection "Slainte" which is the Celtic word for "cheers".
