Visual Concepts II

Elsa Schiparelli and Paul Gauguin were revolutionaries, each in his own field. Elsa broke conventions in the fashion world when she drew surrealistic inspiration for her designs, including from artists like Salvador Dali. Gauguin was one of the first to produce abstraction through the use of color and imagination. In this project I chose to imagine the encounter between the two, and translate it into my fashion.
